要するに「torrentファイルのアップローダ(FBT)」と、そのアップローダと連携して「簡単にファイル（のtorrentファイル）を公開できるBitTorrentクライアント(BattleTorrent)」のセットですね。ただ、記事タイトルにある「友達に送る」という単語がイメージさせるような、送信相手を制限する仕組みはないみたいです。
